Welcome to my Blog.

I’m Gareth I have been into sport and fitness most of my life. From rugby and power-lifting to Karate, hill walking and running, I have acquired a lot of experience and knowledge over the years. I want to formalise that knowledge and fill in a good few gaps, so I have recently started to study to become a Personal Trainer and hope to help people enjoy being active and living a healthy lifestyle as much as I do. Both of my legs are pinned, my right ankle which is also is arthritic and my left femur both following motorcycle accidents. So If I can do it, so can you.
